The villa is thoughtfully designed, with the entire house built on its own level, ensuring complete independence and privacy. It is fully equipped with all the essential amenities, guaranteeing both comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, an open kitchen with a dining area inside and an additional dining space on the terrace, offering picturesque views of the islands. A hallway leads to a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest room, and a second independent bathroom. Adjacent to the house, steps lead to a private swimming pool, where you can relax, unwind, and take refreshing dips while soaking in the stunning surroundings.

Perched atop the hill in Aiguebelle, the house provides convenient access to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away via steps. By the beach, you can find a selection of restaurants and private beaches. For other amenities such as supermarkets and bakeries, it is recommended to use a car.
